Hello, my name is Maikel Vertommen, I'm a software developer from Eindhoven, The Netherlands. I love writing code and thinking of smarter and quicker ways to get things done, but also being creative and coming up with new & interesting concepts. About Me
I've been interested in computers and namely creating software since I was a little kid. I loved playing video games and wanted to make my own "when I grew up". I started learning several programming languages and writing simple games and applications. Many years, countless of hours programming and some growing up later I decided to take things to the next level.
My personal interest turned into a professional one and I started working in software development for several companies. After some years, I decided to start my own business. During that time I developed software for a wide range of customers, creating all kinds of software including (web)applications, games, mobile apps and machine software (PLC).
I'm very interested in new technologies and applying them to create innovative solutions, from concept to delivery.
